Shipping Policy
Orders received before 2 pm, Monday through Wednesday, will ship the same day provided the product is in stock and the shipping service requested has the package arriving by Friday.
Orders received after 2 pm, Monday through Wednesday, will ship the next business day, provided the product is in stock and the shipping service requested has the package arriving by Friday.
Orders can ship on Thursday as long as the product is in stock and ships Overnight.
Orders are not shipped on Fridays.
If an order cannot be received by Friday, the order will be held until the following Monday for shipping. Choose your shipping service accordingly.
Exception: Please allow 48 hours processing time before shipping during holidays.
We have included this shipping map for you to help in determining your method of shipping based on when you need your package to arrive. Shipping times shown are based on Ground Services. We are shipping from Florida, and because temperatures vary throughout the country, we suggest 2nd Day Air and Overnight shipping for chocolates, so your products do not arrive melted.
There are various reasons for in-transit delays from shipping carriers, and we are not responsible for delays due to weather and shipping issues with carriers.
Warm Weather Shipping
A $5.00 Cold Pack surcharge is automatically added to all orders as we are shipping from Florida.
Overnight shipping is highly recommended from June through September due to heat and humidity. We do not refund for melted chocolate, so Overnight shipping is your safest option.
Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason you or the recipient of our chocolate is unhappy with the order, please contact us and we will either credit your account or replace the merchandise.
Please note: We do not guarantee shipping chocolate products using the Standard Ground Shipping option in the summer. The heat will melt the chocolate. We advise that you upgrade your shipping option to Overnight Shipping. Please see our Shipping Policies for more information.
We are not responsible for entry of incorrect shipping addresses. Please verify the shipping address you enter before submitting your order.
