After placing your order, please email us your photo in a jpeg or eps file format to Sales@Hoffmans.com and reference your order number. 

All custom orders follow the below workflow process:

1. Proof sent to the customer: 1 – 2 business days
2. Production of product: 1-2 weeks (after proof approval)
3. Shipping and delivery: 2-3 business days
